Turn a business connection into a protected opportunity.
Xrupya is a contribution marketplace built around one simple idea: if you know about a genuine business requirement, you can contribute the opportunity without exposing the source to the marketplace, while keeping the contribution relationship connected to the eventual transaction.
Five stages. One protected business relationship.
Each stage answers a different question: what is the opportunity, who can access it, who can act on it, what happened commercially, and what is owed when the transaction succeeds.
Contribute
A contributor submits a genuine business requirement they are authorized to share. Public information describes the need, category, location and estimated value. Private buyer and source information is stored separately.
Protect
Xrupya creates a unique opportunity code and keeps source identity, private notes and contact information away from marketplace-facing information.
Match
Once an opportunity is published, eligible suppliers can review the requirement and submit commercial offers without receiving the protected contributor or private buyer contact details at that stage.
Deal
Offers, selection and transaction state move through controlled workflow. The opportunity record remains the reference point connecting the business activity.
Earn
When the transaction reaches the appropriate settlement state, the agreed contribution relationship can be used to calculate and record the eligible reward.
The missing layer between an introduction and a closed deal.
Traditional introductions often live in calls, messages and spreadsheets. The opportunity can lose its source relationship, commercial terms can change, and the person who made the introduction may have no structured record connecting their contribution to the outcome.
Before Xrupya
“I know a buyer, but I cannot expose the relationship to everyone.”
The Xrupya layer
“The business requirement can be described, protected and matched without making the private source public.”
After the deal
“The contribution is still connected to the opportunity and its transaction record.”
A clear role for every participant.
Xrupya separates responsibilities so the contribution, commercial offer and transaction are easier to manage.

What is visible, and what remains protected?
The important distinction is between information needed to evaluate an opportunity and information that identifies the private source relationship.
Xrupya protects the source from unnecessary marketplace exposure while authorized platform controls can still access the information required to administer the opportunity.
Every successful transaction can create an earning opportunity.
On Xrupya, earning is not limited to one type of participant. Sellers, buyers, influencers, consultants and contributors can participate in the business flow, with applicable earnings connected to the transaction and agreed commercial terms.

The exact commercial arrangement must be agreed for the opportunity. The example below shows the relationship between transaction value, a contribution pool and the contributor's agreed share.
The transaction reaches its successful commercial value.
An agreed pool is calculated against the successful transaction.
The contributor's agreed share of the example pool.
One opportunity, multiple records, one traceable relationship.
Xrupya is designed so the business story can be followed without placing all information in one public record.
Imagine you know about a ₹25–30 lakh requirement.
You do not manufacture the product. You do not want to broadcast the buyer's contact. But you know the requirement is real and you are authorized to introduce it.

Clear boundaries make the model stronger.
Trust comes from being precise about what the platform does and what it does not promise.
Not a guarantee of closure
Submitting an opportunity does not guarantee that a buyer will transact or that a supplier will win.
Not permission to expose private data
Contributors should only submit information they are authorized to share. Public descriptions should not contain private contact details.
Not an automatic commission promise
The contribution percentage and share must be agreed and connected to the applicable commercial arrangement.
Not a public directory of buyers
The model is designed around protected opportunity information, controlled access and qualified commercial participation.
The model in plain language.
Who can contribute an opportunity?
Sales professionals, company representatives, consultants, connectors, influencers and independent contributors can participate where they have a genuine opportunity and are authorized to share it.
Will suppliers see who gave the lead?
The marketplace-facing opportunity is designed to protect the contributor identity and private buyer information. Suppliers receive the information needed to evaluate and offer against the requirement.
What makes a contribution different from a normal referral?
The contribution is represented as a structured opportunity with a unique record, protected source information, offer activity and a transaction relationship rather than living only in a message or informal introduction.
When is the reward calculated?
The reward relationship is tied to the successful transaction and the agreed contribution terms. The system's transaction controls provide the record used for settlement.
Can I submit a buyer's private contact information?
Only when you are authorized to share it with Xrupya. Public opportunity descriptions should not contain direct contact details.
Does submitting a lead guarantee a deal?
No. Xrupya structures and protects the opportunity, but the commercial outcome depends on the buyer, supplier, offer and transaction.
Have a genuine business opportunity?
Turn your business connection into a protected commercial opportunity. Submit the requirement and let Xrupya move it through verification, buyer access, supplier offers and transaction workflow.
